VACUUM CHAMBERS
We manufacture to order vacuum and ultra high vacuum components- heliarc welded subassemblies, chambers, and stainless steel components used in filtration and cryogenic equipment.
Penetration welded chambers and vessels of stainless steel and aluminum are routinely manufactured to O.E.M. and individual customer specifications. Customer and Alpha Magnetics, Inc. engineering staff cooperate to determine the best solutions for envisioned requirements.
Alpha Magnetics supports the critical vacuum equipment area. With in-house capabilities to machine, weld, and leak test, we are able to control the most critical aspects of vacuum equipment fabrication.
Leak Testing -
Alpha Magnetics is dedicated to providing standard as well as custom high and ultra high vacuum components of the highest quality and performance. To this end all vacuum rated components manufactured by Alpha Magnetics are leak tested repeatedly, as required, throughout the manufacturing process. All weld joints, braze joints, and seals are leak tested using a mass spectrometer leak detector with a minimum Helium sensitivity of 2x10-10 standard cc/sec
